By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on this site, including signing a child up for a program. By submitting a child's information, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to do so.

Submitting a sign-up or interest form on this site is an expression of interest, not a guaranteed enrollment. Final participation in any clinic, school program, or event is subject to availability and to signing the applicable participation waiver, release, and emergency information forms at or before check-in.

Handball involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You acknowledge those risks on behalf of yourself and any child you enroll.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization.
• Attempt to access, scrape, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site or its systems.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

The Big Blue Handball Founcation name, logo, content, photographs, and graphics are owned by the Foundation or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. References to Handball House, Handball Network, MegaWall, and Handball TV are used to describe the broader ecosystem; those marks belong to their respective owners.

You may share links to our public pages. Any other reuse requires our prior written permission.

Donations are handled under our Donation and Refund Policy.

The site links to third parties (including organizations in the Handball House ecosystem and our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The site and our content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Blue Handball Founcation and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or program opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Foundation from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
