3. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our website and forms are directed to parents, guardians, schools, and adult supporters — not to children. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to submit information directly to us through the site. All information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian (or a school partner acting under appropriate authority).
If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
4. Photo and video consent
Our clinics, school visits, festival activations, and community events are photographed and video recorded. We use these images and recordings to communicate our mission, including on our website, social media, newsletters, grant reports, sponsor decks, and press materials.
If you do not want your child (or yourself) photographed or featured, you can: (a) tell the on-site coach or program lead at check-in, (b) request a photo opt-out on the sign-up form, or (c) contact us at any time to have an identifiable image removed from our owned channels. We honor opt-out requests on a going-forward basis and will make reasonable efforts to remove existing images from our website and social accounts.
School-partner programs may be subject to additional photo-release procedures handled by the school in line with FERPA and district policy.
