Donation & Refund Policy

Big Blue Handball Founcation is a nonprofit organization based in New York. We operate as a 501(c)(3) (status pending verification). EIN: [pending]. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law.

Online donations receive an automatic email acknowledgment containing the donation amount, date, and our nonprofit information for tax purposes. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless explicitly stated.

Donations support youth and community programming — clinics, school partnerships, festival activations, equipment access, court restoration, and mentorship. Unless a donor specifies a restricted purpose accepted by the Foundation in writing, donations are unrestricted and may be applied wherever they have the greatest impact.

Big Blue Handball Founcation is the nonprofit arm. Commercial activity associated with Handball House, Handball Network, MegaWall, and Handball TV is operated separately. Nonprofit donations are not commingled with commercial league revenue and are not used to fund commercial operations.

Corporate sponsorship that includes brand benefits (logo placement, on-court activation, content rights) is contracted separately and may not be fully tax-deductible. Pure philanthropic gifts from companies are treated as donations under this policy. If you are unsure which category applies to your gift, contact us before sending funds.

Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. We will, however, refund in good faith when:

• The donation was duplicated due to a processing error.
• The amount charged differs from the amount the donor authorized.
• The donation was unauthorized (e.g., fraud on a card the donor owns).

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction via our contact page and will be reviewed promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; previously processed gifts are governed by the refund rules above.

Donor information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell donor information.
